
SG magazine, published by the international confectionery association SWEETS
GLOBAL NETWORK, is a highly regarded, informative and opinion-forming journal
serving the confectionery sector in German-speaking countries and throughout
Europe.
In a move to broaden and enhance the SG spectrum, the association is launching a
sister publication:
sweets processing. While SG magazine will continue to provide
marketing, sales and confectionery industry professionals with sector and product news
and analysis,
sweets processing aims to concentrate on the value chain and will cover
all aspects from the cultivation and sourcing of raw materials to production technology;
from packaging to IT and logistics. The new magazine will appear every two months.
sweets processing, featuring articles in German and English, will provide access to
important information and sector developments of especial interest to companies in the
confectionery industry supply sector.
sweets processing will be dispatched together
with SG magazine to an existing readership of over 6,000 subscribers in 70 countries.
The new journal reaches out to top management in manufacturing companies producing
chocolate, sugar confectionery, fine pastries, salty snacks and ice cream. In addition,
sweets processing targets key decision makers in purchasing, quality management,
product development and production management as well as supply chain managers.
