ProSweets Cologne: Special DLG event on reformulation

During the ProSweets Cologne, the "Ingredients – reformulation of sweets and snacks" special event is the starting point of daily tours under the professional direction of the DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft). New food trends are changing the recipes of food and beverages. Even trusted, well-established products are frequently being reformulated, where necessary.
