Elmshorn-based Capol GmbH, a Business Unit of Freudenberg Chemical Specialities, SE & Co. KG (FCS), is set to acquire Colarôme Inc., Saint Hubert, Canada with immediate effect. Capol expects to benefit from future important synergies both for product innovation and market penetration.
