The company Fuchs & Hoffmann GmbH will be merged with the company Fuchs & Hoffmann Kakaoprodukte GmbH as of 1 September 2018. The new Fuchs & Hoffmann Kakaoprodukte GmbH will from now on operate two factories for cocoa products in Bexbach and will fully undertake all contractual obligations of the actual company. With this step, the business of cocoa products will be positioned as a new subgroup within the Krüger-Group in order to underline the importance of this business area.
