Trade fair Fi Europe & Ni 2017 with record number of ­exhibitors

After 2015 in Paris this year back in Frankfurt: Fi Europe & Ni 2017, the world’s leading trade fair ­for food and beverage ingredients, will be the biggest ever with a record number of 1,500 exhibitors and new areas and initiatives.

With the help of new offers, the event will attract more visitors than ever before, says the ­organizer UBM EMEA. Approximately 25,000 visitors from 125 countries worldwide are expected.
From 28 to 30 November 2017, the exhibitors will present all con­ceivable ingredients for food and bev­erages on a total of 65,000 square ­metres in four halls. The supply of raw materials from all over the world ­includes a wide range of functional raw ingredients and variants from organic cultivation.
The Expo FoodTec Content Hub ­at the Expo FoodTec Pavilion, which focuses on processing and packag­ing solutions for the food and bev­erage industry, is of equal interest to exhibitors and visitors alike. With interesting lectures, presentations and videos, leading experts and associations provide insights into the latest developments in these areas.
The four-day conference programme has the motto “Thought Leadership”. It offers a wealth of knowledge and networking opportunities.•
