Today the company sells fruit ingredients worldwide and operates factories in New Zealand and Belgium. Taura Natural Ingredients is well-known especially for its Ultra Rapid Concentration (URC®). The technology prevents the moisture transfer from the fruit into dry product applications such as biscuits, baked goods, cereals and snacks.

At FiE in Paris Taura showcased its fruit concepts with a focus on three points of difference: Format, taste and formulation. Within format Taura demonstrated size and shape innovations, including the Minis, which are believed to be the world‘s smallest fruit pieces. For taste the compnay introduced flavour innovations in tune with the latest consumer trends, such as fruit & veg and fruit with spices. Formulation underlined the natural origin of Taura‘s fruit products with an emphasis on the unique qualities that make them “rooted and real”.
