As of 1 August, Wolfgang Pförsich has been reinforcing the board of directors at Hamburg Dresdner Maschinenfabriken. He is now responsible within the corporate group for the operational business of Petzholdt Heidenauer GmbH in Dresden, Germany, and Macintyre Chocolate Systems in Arbroath, Scotland. Pförsich, a 47-year-old qualified business economist, has amassed extensive experience within machinery and plant engineering. He worked for the former Hosokawa Bepex and later Bühler Bepex, most recently as managing director, for over 15 years. The overall management of Hamburg Dresdner Maschinenfabriken, a division of the Probat Group from Emmerich, continues to lie with the managing director Günter Simon.
