ISM OPENING NIGHT

ISM Opening Night 2026 will kick off the official supporting program of the International Sweets and Snacks Fair in Cologne for the first time on Sunday, February 1, at 6:30 p.m.

ISM Opening Night marks the official start of the fair. The kick-off event will take place in the new Koelnmesse Congress Center Confex and offer participants an atmospheric start to the fair.
