SG unterwegs offers the opportunity to get to know companies in the confectionery industry directly on site. The travel format combines company tours, practical workshops and first-class networking opportunities – for new perspectives and valuable contacts within Germany.
Experience the entire world of Viba sweets GmbH over the course of two exciting days. In addition to the well-known brands Viba and Confiserie Heilemann, the company has recently expanded through the acquisition of the Hussel and arko brands. As a result, Viba sweets is now not only a recognized manufacturer of nougat, marzipan, fruit bars, and premium confectionery, but has also become one of the most significant players in the German specialist retail market.

MONDAY, 3 NOVEMBER 2025
Arrival
- 12:00 PM: Joint lunch at the hotel
- 1:00 – 4:00 PM: Bus transfer to the Viba Nougat World in Schmalkalden, welcome by company management, tour of the Experience Confectionery, exclusive confectionery course, presentations & visit to the shop, coffee & pastries at Café Viebahn
- 4:00 – 7:30 PM: Continue by bus to Oberhof, exclusive backstage tour followed by biathlon shooting at the biathlon center at Grenzadler
- 7:30 PM: Dinner at the restaurant “Vergissmeinnicht” in Oberhof
- Approx. 10:00 PM: Return to the hotel
TUESDAY, 4. NOVEMBER 2025
Program
- 9:00 AM: Departure from the hotel to the Viba sweets production site
- 9:30 – 11:30 AM: Guided tour of the production facilities in two groups, with parallel presentations and lectures
- 11:30 AM: Individual transfer to the Nougat World in Schmalkalden
- 12:00 PM: Lunch at “the sweetest restaurant in Schmalkalden”
- 1:00 – 3:00 PM: Company management and executives provide insights into various departments through presentations and are available for questions and discussions
- 3:00 PM: Farewell and end of the event
