French company PARIMIX has over forty years of experience on the market and a unique knowledge base, particularly in the food products, chemicals, cosmetics and construction industry sectors. The company offers tailored solutions for every mixture, dosage, and extraction project for any type of product, regardless of whether they are powder, liquid, viscose or doughy products.
The company’s product portfolio in the industrial mixer segment includes batch mixers, continuous mixers and discontinuous mixers specially designed for application in industrial environments. Parimix has also developed the IMR continuous mixer, which uses a technology with spirals that is uncommon in the industry.
A few years ago the company has developped an innovative device : The continious mixer – IMR type. This continious Parimix-Mixer is specially designed to produce high-viscosity mixture. It can be fitted out with dual-casing to heat or cool the product. A back-pressure system allows the user to set the mixing time.
The wide range of Parimix continuous mixers - IMR type, uses the exclusive principle of central injection of dry or liquid products into a mixing chamber. This principle ensures a perfect control over the matchpoint where the products meet and therefore a unique quality of the distribution. Thanks to this principle, the volume of the mixing chamber is very low, whatever the flow. Therefore, compared to the standard industrial units, these mixers have a very low power consumption, and do not require some big space area. The dry products enter in (D) and thanks to (A), they will be conducted to the mixing chamber (B). The differents liquids, which are already dosed, arrive in (C) will be centrifuged because of the action of a spiral. The liquids meet in the opposite direction the dry products flow (E). (Application IMR dry/liquid) If the quantity of liquid is too low, then the dry products will arrive from (C) and the liquids from (D). (Application IMRB) In the case of just dry products mixture, the dosed products, which are in the lowest quantity will be conducted in (D) and the rest in (C). (Application IMR dry/dry). The materials used for manufacturing these mixers are selected according to the products mixed (abrasive, fragile, corrosive, plugging, etc.). Parimix features a wide range of robust and compact mixers for flows ranging from 50 kg/h to 30 t/h.
