Tanis Food Tec celebrates 25th anniversary
For the Dutch food equipment designer Tanis Food Tec (TFT) the 2017 version of interpack is in every perspective a unique event.
TFT firstly informs the visitors about the latest product innovations and developments. The following machines will be on display: RotoTemp 2.0, the scraped surface heat exchanger for tempering, cooling, reheating and pasteurization of both liquids and very viscous masses; Batter Mixer, developed for the continuous and fully automated preparation of batters; Marshmallow Extruders – here several example extruders will be showcased.
TFT’s continuous and fully automated Rotoplant incorporates all the necessary equipment for tempering, aeration, water and product temperature control and colouring/ flavouring for the filling of biscuits. The line will be demonstrated in operation. The machine is nominated by Rockwell for the ‘Best Future Machine Award’. In addition, TFT hosts a stand party on the 8th May to celebrate the 25th anniversary with their partners, agents and customers world-wide.
The company – founded by Peter Tanis – supplies high-quality, continuous process lines for bakery and confectionery products. The company’s special expertise is the engineering of customized solutions for innovative product ideas. The fully-automatic plants offer a range from ingredient weighing and preparation, premixing, tempering – crystallizing – plasticizing to aeration, depositing, coating, finishing and decoration.
TFT supplies machines worldwide for manufacturers to fill biscuits or wafers with cream, chocolate, jam, caramel, marshmallow and nougat; as well as for manufacturers of gateaux, cakes, marshmallows, aerated chocolate, mousse and yoghurt, health and candy bars, and starch moulded, soft candies. The company is a member of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group. EHEDG is a consortium of equipment manufacturers, food industries, research institutes as well as public health authorities. All equipment is designed according to EHEDG hygiene criteria.
