LoeschPack to present efficient packaging systems

At ProSweets, packaging machine manufacturer LoeschPack will demonstrate its expertise as a system provider for integrated packaging lines for chocolate, chewing gum, and confectionery.

 “The increasingly high performance of our packaging machines and systems enables us to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of our customers in the highly dynamic confectionery market,” says CEO Thomas Cord. “We will present our innovative solutions for hermetically sealed fold wrapping and flow packs.”
The company will show its latest development in the area of hermetically sealed fold wrapping: the RCB-HS wrapping head machine. This innovative System is ideal for small chocolate products, combining a hermetically sealed pack style with a traditional fold wrap appearance. “Pioneering in this market segment,” states Thomas Cord. “The RCB-HS packages chocolate bars, tablets and neapolitans in a new and innovative way, giving them a premium look and at the same time ensuring excellent product protection against environmental influences.”
The high-performance F-Series platform for packaging chocolate, wafers and chewing gum in flow packs is another of LoeschPack’s exhibits. “Our F-Series flow pack system solutions represent top performance, outstanding overall equipment effectiveness and excellent format flexibility, combined with low packaging costs,” says Thomas Cord. Brief format changeover times of less than 15 min and a high cycle rate at top efficiency yield high performance in production halls.
LoeschPack is rounding off its exhibition with an extensive presentation on all aspects of chewing gum. Technical animations, videos and a multitude of fascinating product samples exemplifying many different packaging solutions will be presented. Visitors will find out about the company’s automation solutions for feeding chewing gum slabs into high-performance packaging systems.  •
