Netzsch introduces new concept of conching
With its system Masterconch, Netzsch will present at the upcoming trade fair interpack an innovative solution designed to achieve hygiene and efficiency at the highest level.
This new concept of conching includes e. g. fast product changes and an integrated cleaning system which in this form is unique on the market. The MasterCream system, also shown at interpack, is developed for the flexible and efficient refining of confectionery raw materials such as nuts as well as for the reprocessing of rework. Whether integrated into the producer’s Rumba or Salsa plants, into the customer‘s existing line or used as a stand-alone machine – the MasterCream is an optimal complement to the customer’s production. The pre-ground paste of nuts or rework can directly be transported to a process tank for further processing.
The combination of the pre-cutting unit and a horizontal agitator bead mill for fine grinding allows the production of premium products like nut creams or rework pastes. Reduced and closed machinery components, equipped with optimized grinding technology, lead to low processing temperatures and an improved flavour profile but also to a longer storage life.
