Lines for packaging dry baked goods and biscuits

LoeschPack’s lines from T-Series are tray loading machines. The equipment offers ideal efficiency. Biscuits and wafers are quickly and very gently placed into preformed trays. Upright, shingled or flat on one and the same machine. LoeschPack has the right solution for every tray loading task. The T-Series tray loaders are suitable for single or multi-row trays with one or more items per compartment, for round or rectangular cakes and biscuits. Depending on the version selected, the T-Series can pack up to 600 products a minute in one lane. The sixlane premium ­version can pack up to 3,000 products a minute.
The F-Series line offers integrated flow wrapping systems for packing ­biscuits and dry baked goods. De­pen­ding on the application and size range, the high performance flow wrap­ping platform can output up to 1,500 products a minute; both heat and cold sealing film can be used in the process. Extremely short format change­over times of under 15 min­utes and precisely reproducible settings guarantee stable machine operation after only a very short time. Par­ticularly with frequent format changeovers, the ­reduced start-up issue equates to huge performance increases in the machinery. The smart sensor system, innovative control architecture and self-­regulating sealing technology are all genuine highlights. The self-regulating control architecture allows for automatic parameter changes during operation – from the electronically controlled product feeder to product discharge.
This ensures greater independence from fluctuating environmental influences. Largely self-regulating sealing technology means fewer rejects when changing speed, stopping and starting.
These flow pack styles are available: primary single items and multipack as stack or slug, and secondary prepacked items and filled trays.
